Nothing is overly offensive as it. The stone sets the color palette, and it is banana cream, and chocolate, You do not want to paint over stone. If it bothers you enough, replace it. You can do that for probably around 1K if you choose from a stone fabricator's remnants and do cash and carry. If you don't want to spend that, then leave well enough alone. It's fine for kids as is. Concentrate on one of your other projects.

I guess I was looking for suggestions to make it more "fun" for a kids bathroom.  I wasn't saying it was hideous, but looking for ideas on what I could change. My other projects ARE the focus but I am looking to paint to transform into a new look. Thanks.

An easy change is the hardware on the cabinet, however the hinges are exposed so any choice would have to link to it. Maybe the trim could use a repaint to freshen it up? Your best option to freshen is to keep the to the accessories in dispensers, towels. If you wanted to freshen the wall and vanity colour, you could go a shade or two lighter but still in the cream or off white shades.

If you want fun, lean into a jungle type look, but not cartoonish. I'd go with bright towels, bathmats and shower curtains.

The Company Store has some really bright flamigos for a shower curtain. If your kids are girls, add pink towels and a funky bathmat and everything will look different.

Your other option is to paint, but, with that marble counter, you'd need to stay with warm shades. You could do a warm, mossy green. That might be a jungle theme.

Ask your kids for input. If they are small, pick out some options for them to choose from.

Find fun knobs for the doors: cars, animals, flowers etc. Are Wallies still for sale? They are wallpaper in shapes kinda like giant stickers. A jungle theme would work well colour wise with that counter.

Would the vanity lend itself to having the doors removed to be open shelves? Or using baskets inside?
