Wow Saija! That looks like it was a lot of work…..where are you placinf them AND what will you replace them with? Cutting a new bed? They look really terrific!

They go other place in one piece. I send foto when bed is ready. I shopped new hostas in June from fellow hosta hobbyist. Most of them are planted, few are left. Not yet sure which ones I plant here. I think I must move some more, this bed is so crowded.

Driveway hostas for Ken. Moved old Fortunei Hyacinthinas (not sure ID) and planted Komodo D, Beauty Substance and Jimmy Crack Corn to their place . Could’t toss them away so just hole for them and see if they come up next summer. Hyacinthina crows like weed and i have many plants.

What a cool fence! Is it metal? I love the look of a horizontal fence! So modern. The driveway plants will probably survive. I had one I didn’t care about so I just left it in the pot all winter….no tipping or insulating it. When Spring came round, it was popping up in the pot! ken said, ”it’s a rule of hostadom that you can’t kill the hostas you don’t care about.” lol lol lol

Djacob. Fence is made of wood. It is wall in our carport.

Ken. Finnish weather can be cold and it can snow in early June. But 62 fahrenheit yesterday and 67 F today.

really... i googled up the wrong temp.. go figure on that.. lol

62 is still better than my wet shorts 88 today.. with a threat orf rain.. golf ball hail and tornado warnings...
