Aruncus dioicus

My spouse planted this Goatsbeard several years ago, and it was very slow to establish. However, the past few years it has been spectacular. I don’t see it used all that much around here, and I’m curious what some of you have experienced?

Ours is planted in a mixed border with part-shade conditions. The foliage reaches a height of about 5’, but the flowers add about another 3’. It’s very popular with the pollinators.

The photos range from June 22 to today.
