Shower fixture repair?

Is there a way for me to glue this piece into the wand so that I can screw it back into the hose? What glue could I use? My shower system is just over a year old. Thank you.

    You are probably not going to be able to glue that back in and have it last, but if you call the manufacturer they will likely send you a new one under warranty.
