“Highly Recommended We contacted Heritage Kitchen in fall looking to update our main living space, with an emphasis on the kitchen. They arrived very quickly to take a look at the project and provide a quote. The designer and our main contact, Tina, was very polite and professional and designed a layout which was even superior to our original proposal. After comparing the 2 options, we moved forward with creating a peninsula instead of an island to maximize space but still have that modern touch (and a great spot for our daughter to eat). We made all our final decisions for materials with Tina which was very easy in their large showroom with private bookings. The quote provided was very detailed and transparent which we really appreciated and the final price was very fair for the quality of work and materials. The project started less than 5 months after we signed off on our contract, which was even sooner than anticipated. The project lead Spencer and his experienced colleague, Patrick, worked for about 7 weeks on the project putting in engineered hardwood, adding a new ceiling with pot lights and hanging lights, installing oak cabinets as well as putting in new ceramic tiles in the entrance and kitchen. They coordinated the installation of the countertop, sink, gas range and fridge with water line and took care of every other step to finish the whole floor minus any painting (which I was happy to do myself). Everything looks great as you can tell the team really prides themselves on the small details and overall flow of the home. I especially love that the flooring and tiles required no transition pieces. The team has great work ethic, working 8-4 pretty much each day on the site, ensuring the project was done in a timely manner. Everyone with Heritage Kitchen is very friendly and easy to work with, including contractors such as plumbers and electricians. They also were very quick and willing to make any small fixes/corrections that we spotted before the job was 100% complete. We had a little confusion over the final billing but this was clarified in a timely and satisfactory manner. Finding a local contractor for a large job is a really stressful experience and you always have to take a bit of a leap of faith working with a new company. We are very pleased we choose Heritage Kitchen, they are very polite and professional, transparent with the work and have a very talented staff which are highly detail-oriented. The end results really captured everything we had dreamed of when it was just an idea on paper. I truly believe they are one of the best residential contractors operating in the Brockville, Leeds and Greenville area, we absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Reviewed by Adam”

“Jason drew plans for our addition of a master suite to our home. He visited our house twice to ensure that the plans her drew would be accurate and feasible. He contacted us many times throughout the project to get our feedback and work collaboratively with us. We received plans in the form of a PDF file so we could easily email them to contractors for bids and also a stamped set for building permits.”
