I like your blue door, but think going a brighter shade might be more modern or welcoming. Another color that looked great on another brick house was a sunny yellow.

I also think a brighter version of the blue. A blue that isn't muddied up with gray.

I like the color you have, but, would prefer it be a couple shades brighter. I would also add some cushions on your chairs that have that color in them, and possibly a few pots with plants in them, and have the pots the same color.

any of these SW colors with your pretty potted reds would be timeless. I'd go with the deeper colors Dried Thyme, or Rosemary. add a red wreath.

I would keep the door light/bright.
