Tiffany Shade is a great color and has great form. I always like Brooklyn Twist. I had to get rid of mine, though, for last of room and few buds every year.

I really like Skater and I am glad it bloomed for you. Tart with a Heart and White Ambrosia are both very nice. I like all three clumps.

Yes, Soli Deo has also been clean here. Who knows what accounts for the difference? Ruth Davidson looks promising, but performance in a year like this may not be a positive. (Here, some prior underperformers did well.)

How great that they did make an appearance. I checked my no shows and only found a small 2 bud scape on a seedling lol

My favorite are White Ambrosia and Ruth WD - great pic. I also like Tart with a HEart and Smug. August Cherry makes a pretty clump. LFO on Soli deo Gloria looks pretty good. Thankfully my purples are not too spotted this year like some of the first blooms.

Nat - Your no-shows may take longer to show scapes. I still have a lot of no shows this year: Laughing Skies, Faberge Easter, Hoopla, Purify My Heart, Baja California, The Ultimate Sacrifice, Blue Jay Tapestry, English Lavender, Pink Extraordinaire, Shadow Walker, Violet Victory, Lady Betty Fretz, Gillian, Inviting Romance and Last Snowflake. Add that to the nearly 20 that were eaten by deer, and my garden was missing a lot this season. I hope some of yours will eventually scape.

Oh wow that's a lot of no shows (( I recognize some of the names. The deer damage is especially frustrating. I only have a few named and maybe 5 seedlings but I also have the smallest collection here probably. I did disturb some so there could be a reason of them pouting but I do kinda miss some of the seedlings.

Brad - My Brooklyn Twist got moved from a prime piece of real estate to a less than ideal spot in favor of some taller, better performers. I still think it has a striking bloom.

Mantis - All I know is that Ruth Watkins Davidson was the right height and had bud counts in the teens. Plus, it has bloomed for a long time. All of that makes me happy.

Kate - Skater used to do so well. But my clump of Neon Flamingo got bigger and bigger and shades it too much now. I'm glad to get a few blooms from it. And who knows, it may put up more scapes later.

Looking at your list reminded me my Laughing Skies did not bloom either. And the Blue Jays also took time off as my Blue Jay Holiday did not scape.

Skater looks good! My Skater reblooms look much better than first bloom. August Cherry looks wonderful in clump. Tiffany Shade was throwing shade! So pretty!

I really like Ruth Watkins, such a delicate looking bloom. I have a couple no shows here out of around 200, not too bad. Its mostly short scapes and low bud counts.

Not my usual preference with the eye, but Tart With A Heart is really pretty. I can just see a bouquet of those blooms. Too bad a daylily is just for a day......Villa Del Sol is my kind of yellow. Got to be one of my favorites here......Every winter I tell myself to order August Cherry. It always attracts my attention and you said it was colorfast/sunfast for you. It is on my list. Maybe next year..............Maryl

RUTH WATKINS DAVIDSON is a real delicate looking beauty. I would have to agree with Maryl, AUGUST CHERRY is certainly a looker. I imagine from across the garden, it is an attention getter.

SKATER certainly a lot going on with the teeth, the pattern on the sepals, the darker eyezone, and the feathering of the throat to eyezone. I like it.

Sherry - A couple of no shows is good for this year. I originally had 25 no shows. Palace Garden Beauty is the next one of mine that will finally bloom.

Maryl - August Cherry is pretty sunfast here, but mine does get afternoon shade from 2:30 until 5 p.m. So it might not be as sunfast for you.
