Overall the plant looks healthy - the dark areas dont rub off. More leaves in this plant have it now, after 1-2 weeks, but none of the other tomato plants have it. This one is in a container that I moved about two feet away.

If a phosphorous deficiency, is a balanced fertilizer enough? I’ve been using neem oil since another plant has lots if flea beetles. I spread the dry tomatoto e in it about 2 weeks ago when i first noticed this.

I am in the northeast (eastern MA) so we have had tons of rain.
