I had 2 breba survive on my mystery yellow fig - the Celeste dropped all of its breba. I was actually quite surprised at how many both had when I unwrapped them from overwintering in the garage. The yellow figs were good, better than the sole one that ripened last year.

Both plants also set a ton of fruit, and have just self-thinned about 2 dozen between them.

Raee_gw if possible post some pictures of your plants always nice to see others.

That's a good looking well ripe Hardy Chicago. I had no breba on my HC, but had a few breba on different varieties. Even had Black Madeira main crop on cutting that I rooted over winter. I will post picture later my cell is close to dead.

Finally got around it.

I had some early main crop off of cuttings that I started in January in basement.

I was shuffling some poted fig tree as early as it was sunny, but as every season I put up my fig tent for trees that I hard pruned to get them going.

Here are some ripe figs.

It was pretty good start this season, except after fig developed we had cold spell for week and half and as a result some breba dropped.

Col de Dame Blanc put on breba on almost every node, but then it dropped them all but one, well so it goes.

You have nice ripe figs i bet they were enjoyed. Thanks so much for showing your fig pictures.

Nothing ripe here yet the ischia black has set some nice looking figs.
