Something is enjoying the tender tasty new growth leaves on my red banana (Ensete maurelii) trees. I haven't seen any grasshoppers in my yard, nor do I see any mites/aphids near them. Thoughts? Would neem oil help? Insecticidal soap? They are in zone 9 near my pool, no shade on them, and it has been really hot so potential solutions should take that into consideration.
