Why not? It is your house after all. Do what makes you happy and comfy in every regard. While there is nothing weird about having the same sofa you love in multiple rooms of the house, even if it were, don't let that stop you. I have a lot of things in my house some people might call weird and every time I see those things it makes me happy. The woman who cleans for me also works in many, many beautiful homes. She often tells me that she loves my home the best of any because it is interesting, different and beautiful.

IMO go for it comfort trumps everything when buying furniture and hard enough to find one sofa you love. The bonus is if you ever move where you have ahuge LR you can have both together .

We have the same seating in a sofa in the living/family room and a loveseat in what we call the media room. Don't see an issue glad you're doing what you want!

Great you found a couch you love and if you want them to feel a bit different, just accessirize differently. It’s a lovely style and so versatile.
