A few more late blooms

I still have a few lates blooming. One of my citrinas is sending up scapes now.


One of the last blooms on Techny Spider.


A nice duo on Laura Harwood. The later the season gets the better these blooms get.


Autumn Minaret is doing its thing. No deadheading happening here……it rarely sets a pod.


This small penstemon I added last season is reblooming, love the color…..dont remember the name.


Captured this swallowtail yesterday.

    Mantis, we are fenced in for my dogs. Here in suburbia we have no deer. There are cornfields within sight and we are a mile from a river. I wish the birds of prey would return and take care of the bunnies. We still see an occasional coyote in the late evening with our last trip outside with my dogs. I have 200 daylilies on a 1/4 acre lot.
