I would probably do similar colors, two different (but not too different) prints and one no print.

What sizes are you thinking about? 29f is not super long. Divided by 3 it’s a little less than 10, so you’re looking at three 8x10 rugs? You can’t put much furniture on an 8x10. Have you floorplanned this yet? Draw out how the space will be used first, then look at rug sizes. My living room is 25 x 15. We have two seating areas, but just one long rug. It’s a broadloom that we had bound.

You can also go old style and use graph paper. Cut out the carpet and furniture in different sizes and move them around the rooms you drew on the graph paper.
