California faucets....Moen...Delta [altho some now made in China but to their specs] Brizo was a new one I'm not as familiar with. I usually pick a faucet based on brand superiority and serviceability. You might try California faucets. "corsano" faucet handle comes forward 3 inches. "Stem" to water outlet 8 13/16 inches forward projection. You just have to comb thru spec sheets.

2.5 min clearance to backsplash . Handle movement is FORWARD. Brizo...various finishes ...not sure why you havent found handle Forward maneuver.....seems to be common.

Just install with the lever in the front so lever will move side to side. It does not have to be installed with lever on the side.

That Delta Westville I gave you up above has the longest reach at 9 1/4 in a pull down - and as I, along with everyone else recommend? Simply install with handle on the front. : ) Easy peasy
