Help! Window help please: replacement vs new construction

I know this an old topic but I need current information and advice please. For background, we are the original home builders, are in our late 60s and plan to stay here.
We are having the front siding on our 30yo house done but need window work first.
We have Marvin wood vinyl clad windows original to the house build.
The siding rep want to put in vinyl replacement windows. He says they will replace any rotted exterior trim and sills before they wrap the trim in vinyl.
I worry that there may be interior issues we won’t see and that will remain.
Are we better off putting in new construction windows vs replacement?
My preference if cost were not an issue would be to have wood interior that I could keep painted and stained to match our current decor.

Nothing about the rot as indicated in the picture, would mean there was necessarily any interior rot. Pretty common area to rot at the jamb and sill edges. Can all be handled with standard replacement.

My question is what windows you actually have as well as Marvin never made a vinyl clad product.

@millworkman These are definitely Marvin Windows, so perhaps PVC or aluminum clad? Either way I want to make sure I do the right thing. Keep the original windows and have the sills/trim replaced as needed and wrapped or install replacement windows or new construction windows. In the meantime I’m hoping to find a local company willing to look at them and advise.

I am seeing more wood there than anything so, I think they are just a standard wood window. I would have someone local look at them but they "should" be able to be repaired fairly easily by a competent carpenter. New sill or maybe capped with aluminum, and new 3 1/2" flat casing (either wood or Azek).
