When selecting a grout color for your wood look floor, I recommend matching it to the darkest color in the tile itself.

Based on my experience, choosing a darker grout color that closely resembles the darkest vein in the wood is often the best approach. This ensures that the grout complements the tile, enhancing the overall appearance of your wooden floor.

Over time, grout naturally darkens due to everyday wear and tear, and a darker grout shade tends to conceal this better. Furthermore, a darker grout won't draw attention to itself when set against your tile or plank, creating a seamless and cohesive look. In the photo attached, I've marked the darker grout shade that I would personally consider (the darkest of all 4 perhaps, but I would need to see the plankand swatches in person).

I also suggest to pick the darkest color in your tile for a grout color. This way the grout blends in nicely with the tile. We picked the darkerst color of our porcelain wood look tile to use for the grout. We are happy with our choices! Our bathrooms have lighter porcelain wood look tile flooring and our entryway hallyway has darker porcelain wood look tile flooring.
