Undermount Sink Help!

Our kitchen pre-fab cabinets are about to arrive and I haven’t yet ordered the sink yet because I’m a bit confused on which size will fit. Our base cabinets are 33” wide and I am looking at two different Rohl Undermount sinks. 30” or 31-5/8”. Which one do I need? Attached is the sink cabinet design and the two sinks!
