I am actually looking for an alternative flooring where there is no grout to clean because even if you can clean it looks dirty before it is cleaned.

Well then, put in sheet vinyl or linoleum. That is the only floor that won't come in pieces that have to be joined, and which have room in between the pieces for dirt and yuck. At least with tile, the grout fills in the room between the pieces.
