I would install recessed lights no larger than 4" and with a regressed lens to reduce glare.

• If there is 5" above the ceiling for the recessed fixture, you could install this Juno JBK4 RD SWW5 90CRI MW M6 Contractor Select 4 in. Selectable CCT Canless Integrated LED White Recessed Light (specifications). It's wet-rated and airtight so it can be installed most anywhere.
• If there is only 2-1/2" above the ceiling and/or you want more options, you could choose this Juno WF4 DREG 4 in. Adjustable Lumen and CCT Canless IC Rated Dimmable Integrated LED Recessed Light Trim which is available in a number of configurations (lumens, smooth/baffle) according to its specification sheet. You can also attach trim inserts if you don't want the lights to be white. Ask your electrician for the correct lumens for your room(s).
