Weather head support

I need to find a feasible solution to support a weather head and conduit coming out the top of my main.it is currently supported by pipe saddle clamps screwed into the gable of the house.I need to demo the old batten board cable and replace with plywood and vinyl siding on the entire gable .the existing pipe clamps will be in the way and I feel like placing new hangers below the Gable will be to low on the conduit to adequately hold it in place against the wire coming from the street side service pole.
