We are replacing the flooring in our home and need your opinion on a color to go with our light color cabinets. My husband wants light color but we have dogs cats and live in a rural area so bring in dirt etc. I would like a darker floor. Does the sample shown here have too much of the yellow tone like the cabinets?

Agree that you will have a lot of orange and yellow in the room with that floor. Look for something that is closer to a brown like walnut - it tends to be more “neutral.” Not sure what your constraints are with the floor - these are Mohawk engineered. I see your sample is Mohawk, assume it is engineered given the plank size. Just some ideas.
