We are in the process of renovating our little A-frame weekend cabin into our permanent home. We chose to keep the A-frame line of the roof, and I'd like to include a gable bracket at the peak for architectural interest. I'm having a hard time finding examples of a bracket on such a steep pitched roof. Should I do this or leave it as it is?
