Very scrubbable! I love this paint! We have two bathrooms painted in it--one that was done nine years ago and one that was done last year. The one done nine years ago is used by two messy kids and gets tons of scrubbing. (I am at a loss as to how anyone can possibly get that much toothpaste on the wall...) It was also a bathroom that had mildew issues before we repainted in Bath and Spa (despite having a good fan) and they haven't recurred since then.

Benjamin Moore's Aura Bath and Spa paint is advertised as scrubbable, but real-life experiences speak volumes. Hopefully, someone here has put it to the test! Back to the paint topic, if Aura Bath and Spa doesn't hold up, I've heard good things about other high humidity paints like Sherwin-Williams Duration Home. Maybe someone here has firsthand experience with that too.

Can only say that we still haven’t had mildew issues return to the original bathroom going on ten years, and still haven’t managed to scrub the color off (not for lack of trying!) Still highly recommend.
