Yes ditto. Great to be finished with it looking so good. It is getting to that time of year that not much is left blooming for those of us in colder areas.

Love your path! I have been considering doing something safer then the large lannon stone pathway I have. It’s uneven and with my hips and age I should have something flat.Did you lay that yourself? Are the bricks individually laid and then cemented in place? How did you prepare the bed? Inquiring minds want to know! ☺️

Debra, we hired a landscaper to do it, age is a factor here too. It was dug out, tree roots removed, a layer of gravel, a layer of sand and then bricks. There is also a plastic edging nailed to the ground under the fill to keep the bricks in place. A job we cant do ourselves anymore. The old path was uneven and done by us about 30 years ago, it served its purpose and our budget at the time.

We are very happy with the result and for us a lifetime guarantee😉

KW, yes the path continues under the gate to our patio off of our kitchen. The patio was redone late in 2019……. such a blessing to have the patio to enjoy during covid.

It looks really good and it's always nice to make an upgrade like this one. I'd like to do that across the back of my house. It looks like they did a good job of respecting your garden with your existing plants, too! That's always a concern when having work done.
