I would just make the hallway opening as tall and wide as possible.

What's is planned for the surface of the walls? Drywall, stucco? You might consider painted vertical or horizontal paneling to give it texture, and you don't need to do anything different with the space above the openings.

Speaking of the doorways, they look to be different heights--I would make them all the same height.

Horizontal paneling, also on ceiling:

Even if you just drywall it, make sure you pay attention to the trim--window and door casings, base moldings. They should be substantial enough that they don't look skimpy. And then you can add decorative items to the wall after construction--framed prints, photos, plates, etc.

And with a high ceiling, you can get a really interesting chandelier for interest.

The center opening is not a door but a hallway with 8’ opening. The two doors to the rooms are standard 80” tall double doors. The design is a modern Mediterranean design with light ivory marble colored tile, with light gray shaker cabinets and a dark blue island directly on the opposite side in front of this wall, with a center 2 story fireplace that will have a light blue tile with hints of gold and ivory to tie tings together. Fire place tile is as attached.

Fireplace will be here with electric fireplace insert. Fireplace frame will be 80” wide and 12” deep
