Hosta Help - Anthracnose or Scorch?

This hosta has been healthy since first planted in the spring, but recently started withering. I’m in Zone 6 (Louisville, Ky) and the temperatures haven’t dropped yet, so it’s not just normal fall die back. I have 6 additional hostas and they’re all still healthy & green.
The internet hasn’t been much help, I’ve never seen anything like this. Could this be anthracnose or is it some type of pest?
They’re on a shady side of the house and get about 2-3 hours of morning sun but are shaded otherwise, so I’m not sure if this could be scorch.
I want to solve the issue before the plant overwinters and a potential bacterial/fungal issue carries over into Spring.

I’m new to landscaping so please be kind in your replies. Sometimes my questions are met with unnecessary condescension, which it disheartening. I’m just a confused gal looking for advice & doing my best to have a pretty yard. 💗
