The room is 15’x15’. There is a fireplace along the south wall (built in bookshelves on either side), a patio door (70” wide) on the east wall and a railing on the North wall, making it open to the kitchen eating area. The patio door is offset, being ~ 4’ from the south wall. It is a right hand door which is used often in summer to access our deck. The west wall is solid. We have a large television in the southeast corner which cannot be moved. We have 4 children who visit frequently with their families so seating space needs to optimal.
