My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the product…but

Huge jug of Gain Fabric Softener heavy and solid…😡 Adding warm water and then tried vinegar to thin it out NOPE it was lumpier and thick! Clogged up my washer dispenser.

So I called P & G here in Ohio and the Customer Service rep was polite and professional! Sending me a refund and kept me as a loyal customer!
