I'd do a blue for the shutters. Probably a warm, not-too-dark navy.

Honestly I would remove the shutters since they don’t really fit and only two windows have them. Paint the half circle white to tie into the trim. Find a great color to paint the front door and the screen door.

I would paint the half circle white to match the trim. Its hard to know if the shutters need to be removed or not. They are such a bright color right now, that they stick out and not in a good way. In any case, they need to be removed, to repaint them, so take them off and then take another picture. I would paint all trim white.

Maybe a medium gray tone pulled from the brick - it would work well with the brick and the siding.

I generally don't like to see a garage door painted a dark color, because that pulls attention to it, instead of the front porch. I prefer it to blend with the siding, or be a light complimentary color along with the rest of the trim.

Tell your friend about the color visualizers available on all of the major paint manufacturers' websites, where she can upload a good full photo of the house and try out different colors on the trim.

Toss the shutters and paint the halfmoon to match the siding, as it’s a real odd feature on the house.
