Does anyone know what’s wrong with my monstera?

So my monstera has had this problem for a while now, and I just can’t figure out what’s going on. It used to have thrips, but I can’t find any on the leaves now so I’m just assuming it’s something else.
Does anyone have any insight? Thanks
