You could have something custom made. It’s hard to find covers with interesting patterns. The interesting patterns I’ve found are for entire duvets, not just the covers. Even then it’s hard to find the perfect print.

Interior designers have access to the good fabrics. You can hire a designer to help you pick fabrics and have something made for you.

You should check out Spoonflower duvet covers. I just grabbed this by searching in their bedding section for "moracco" and you can probably search for other things like palm trees or camels or tiles

I don't know what counts as a Morrocan inspired print but these four go well with your colors and have the feel to me of Morracan gardens, rugs, medallions.

Lots of prints of the camel out there. People have matted and framed it in a variety of ways.

I need to see the brown wall and also why a brown wall with thta print. Burgubdy and brown do not sound good together in my head .
