I'm not sure where you're located or your approximate budget. I'd keep the wall and replace the pavers with artificial turf. Removing the paint from the sidewalk is a great idea.

Similar to other responses, I would start by replacing all of those pavers with landscaping. If you live in an arid climate, xeriscaping would be great. If not, then some mixture of plant beds and grass could work too. Right now it seems like there is just too much hardscape in a variety of colors and patterns and it's fighting with the house. I also don't love the red sidewalk and it bothers me that one side is red and the other is gray so I'd want to redo that too if it's in budget. I think with some landscaping work you could have a really lovely courtyard style front yard.

Going by the Agaves on the house corner I would assume xeriscaping would fit. Mojavemaria always has lots of ideas. But .... Pleeeeaaaaase don't use fake plastic grass.☹️

Ditto on the plastic grass--bad for the soil, bad for climate, bad for environment. And deeply unpleasant in every way. Remove all that hot, hot, hot looking hardscape reflecting heat against the house and replace with native plants, some of which will supply some desperately needed shade.

When you say "facade" and follow by paint, clad, etc. I assume you are speaking of the actual front of the building, not necessarily the landscaping in front. If it's the front of the building, I would find someone who does brick/stone repair and have your existing brought back to life. Your wall is to die for IMO and the house repeats the materials well. I think the pavers are the outlier. A shame to pull them out as they are pricey but I'd remove them and put them in the backyard if there's a need there and replace per some of the ideas above.
