IMO the chandeleir is hung too high and I never like lighting the lights the ceiling and not the table . I do not think those 2 pieces work together at all. I think the farmhouse look in the one posted would be a much better choice

I agree with the suggestion to lower the dining room chandelier. Styling your placemats and runner with black and gold might up the pizazz factor.

Thank you. My placemats and table decor rotate seasonally (as you can see it’s a Halloween runner). I’m actually not entirely going for a overall farmhouse look but would like to have a touches of more French country and vintage feeling fixtures.

I debated lowering the fixture but it then blocks my view of my outside. :( Here is another couple fixtures I liked.

Oh! I didn't see it was Halloween. On my small device it sort of looked generally like fruit.
