Yucca pallida

^^^probably right. I don't have pallida but my rupicola is a darker green.

I'm not totally confident it's pallida, it could be rupicola? Ive seen some pics of rupicola with a grey/blue color too?🤔 Yucca rupicola is endemic to the Edwards Plateau and extends slightly into the Blackland Prairie region. ?

These are observations, but not the full representation of everywhere they are present. Another bad thing about taking pics when it's sunny, is I can't see how clear the photo turned out, unless I view it in the shade. My galaxy S21 has a camera with macro shot ability, but I have to be perfectly still to get a clear pic. A little circle notification appears that says 'best shot' but just one little jerk and it comes out blurry. I usually try to find some pubescence or minute leaf or stem glands that I want to capture, and sometimes I can take 4,5, or 6 pics before getting something disgnostic grade. It's always windy up here near the Windy City, which doesn't help when photographing.😅✌️

Hmm, thanks! I think I'll go with Yucca pallida (Pale Yucca) though because the leaves just don't seem twisted enough to be Yucca rupicola (but which can also have leaves this pale).

Yuca palida and yucca rupicola have been known to naturally intergrade. It could be a natural hybrid of the two.
