recommend a light weight moisturizer?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a light moisturizer that's inexpensive and drug-store available? Thanks.

Do you want something for the body or face? I like Cerave facial moisturizing lotion and lubriderm for the rest. I like them because they aren't sticky.

Can’t beat Olay Complete SPF30+UV protection. All day protection for sensitive skin. I use it every day on my face, ears, and neck. Absorbs into the skin and is perfect under makeup, too. Very budget friendly.

    For daytime, I use this:

At night, I use oil. It sounds heavy, but it really isn’t. It’s greasy for a bit, then dries. I love this stuff.

I do keep it in the ’fridge. I get it on Big A for under $15 … not sure if drugstores have it. A little goes a long way!

My skin is combo (mostly oily), a bit sensitive — I can never go wrong with Neutrogena ”Healthy“ products. Cleanser, moisturizers, toners, etc. All very light.

ETA: Usually pics here show up too small … then there’s the one above. Giant. 😄

Facial only. I've always had oily skin, and don't want to use anything heavy, and I hate to spend a lot of money on a product when I don't know if I will like it.

These are very good ideas, thank you.

I’ve been a Pond’s girl most of my life. Forays into direct-sales and department stores, but always coming back to Pond’s. My skin seems to vary, but the Ponds Dry Skin is still my go to. I get the big jar when it’s on sale, and transfer portions to a smaller, more manageable (Ponds) jar that fits in my medicine cabinet.

I usually put on spf50. It acts as a moisturizer under my foundation. Or..Dermasil with cocoa butter.

I had gotten a sample of this a while ago and loved it, been using it for over a year. It absorbs beautifully into the skin and does have SPF. (this ad is from Target but I know I've bought it in CVS _)

    Don't know why it's teeny tiny. LAROCHE-POSAY

I have combo skin, and really like this product. It's for oily skin and absorbs nicely. I used it this summer in the morning. Not greasy.

I'm currently using this product, and I like it, as well.

I just finished my shower oil and am looking for a replacement. Funky, I'm going to try Neutrogena--I've read lots of positive reviews.

Ok, i know you said drugstore, but next time you are in a department store or Sephora see if you can get a sample of Clinique’s Moisture Surge. It is the BEST feeling moisturizer I have ever put on my face. So lightweight and it makes your skin just look like it’s fresh and glowing. It’s this pink gel, basically. Just get a sample! Three of my friends are now converts…they should pay me a commission.🤣

Original scent Jergens. Circled back to it about 10 years ago. It's fabulous.

I've always just used Oil of Olay, daytime with SPF and then the Regenerist night cream. We use Lubriderm unscented lotion for body.

Can't find the pic I downloaded. Of course I have other moisturizers with bells and whistles but for a lightweight moisturizer you cannot beat Olay, Active Hydrating, Beauty Fluid Lotion, ORIGINAL. Lightweight and my face absorbs it quickly.

They also have a lightweight for sensitive skin.

I go back and forth between the Ordinary and Cerave. Both have light face creams that don't make me break out and allow my make up to go on smoothly (I don't wear foundation, but my under eye make up goes over both really well). I get my ordinary products either online or at Sephora. So inexpensive, but they work just as well as others $$$.

Laura Mercer has a great tinted moisturizer.

I've used it, but it's no better than the BB cream from Maybelline for a fifth of the price. And IMO, you still need to start with a light moisturizer.

drug store and light. I've bought this tub 3 - 4 times for far. I'm having a little harder time finding it. Wal Mart used to carry it, I had to track it down to a local CVS that had it in stock at their store. It's light, soaks into your skin. Doesn't leave a weird film on your skin. I'll keep repurchasing until it's no longer available.

I need more than moisturizing...I need wrinkle battling, so I use L'Oreal Revitalift with Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, and Pro-Retinol.

Sushi, I ordered this today, under $10. I'm a big fan of neutrogena and at the moment I need calming ingredients because my face is now in reactive, either dry or oily, mode.

    Active ingredients, niacinamide,vitamin b3,vitamin e.
