My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Office light fixture

Hello,
I’m torn between two light fixtures for our home office. I was going for something with more interest/pizazz to offset some of the more traditional furniture. (This room is not done yet, rug is being replaced, so pls don’t judge :)
Is there an obvious choice between these two? Ceilings aren’t very high so I cannot go too large..
