We’re replacing the siding on This 30 yr old home (because the siding is falling off) and I figured I’d see what other paint-related changes we should make to give this dated exterior a little facelift 😁. We’re on a conservative budget but I am open to additional design ideas for the porch and landscaping!

We are thinking board & batten siding - maybe keep it a lighter color - nothing too stark white?

We’d like to create an elegant and timeless country ranch type look (nothing too crazy trendy that will just go out of style in 5 years). I’m open to lots of ideas! The black roof and white facia and trim everywhere feels really dated to me so maybe Perhaps paint the siding and soffit/fascia the same colors to get rid of the contrasting black and white lines?
