Fixing back door threshold and frame

Hi there,
I'm looking for some advice on how to best fix my doors frame, threshold, door sill.
It doesn't look 'too' bad, but I did start to notice some additional squeaking of the floor at the entry and am suspecting some moisture is getting in.
Here are the pics of the affected frame and sill/threshold.

Most likely, the subfloor has deteriorated under the door's threshold... remove the kickplate under the door poke around with a sharp object, and you will be able to see what's going on under the threshold. The frame itself can be fixed depending on how deep the rot is. In the worst-case scenario get a new door and make sure it is correctly installed and everything is sealed and flashed properly
