Master Bathroom details

We are mid way through a master bath reno. Two questions:
What color would you paint the walls? Vanity is white. Fixtures are chrome. Bedroom is also being repainted but don’t have a color for that yet either.
Is it weird if there is wood trim along the wall on the left - shower wall- below the door? The tile people finished but I’m noticing now and wondered if we made a mistake somehow.
