They look good. They are darker and have more presence than the other furniture in your room which is probably why you think they look too big.

Spread the caramel color around the room a bit. Find some pillows for your sofa with a print that has the color. And it wouldn't hurt for your art to have a bit of it too.

Put a chair on either end of the coffee table as they look too heavy together. Take @deegw's advice on pillows, particularly the second one.

I think the rug is the problem. You need one with some darker color in it. It is also too small.

Some ideas:

IMO, thr chairs make the sofa look old and worn out from the photos. You need a sofa with beefier seat cushions, so if you are considering reupholstering, ask about deeper cusions as long as still comfortable with the height of the arms and back.

With that woodsy setting, I’d consider a rustic style for the coffee table. The brown leather chairs look great with the couch and the table.
