A creamy white? Love your rug!

I love the rug too. I would pick a lighter shade of the greenish color that I see in that rug, for the walls. Make sure you pick a color that is clearer and brighter looking, not a muddy grayed out paint.

Forgive me for being irreverent, but every time I see pale yellow walls, I'm reminded of some movie industry trivia I learned long ago - apparently, there's a similar shade of pale yellow that set decorators used to call 'old man's d**k', and it was used to make backgrounds seem to disappear 😄

That said (again apologies) what about reflecting the color of the ceiling? I think it would look nice if both walls and ceiling were the same color.

I would use green. I have used BM Camouflage and love it.

I would go with less yellow. Some kind with warm of off-white.

You may want to sample Old Prarie from Benjamin Moore. It has a green undertone that looks good with the palest color in your rug.

White Dove and Dove Wing would be gorgeous with this I think!!

I think I need to pop into Benjamin Moore tomorrow to get some paint swatches/samples. I like the direction of a cream color that works with the rug. I don't want to have to repaint all the trim.

All the trim (semigloss) and the ceiling are BM Simply White.
