Everyone interprets the rules of feng shui differently (although it is a science and there are purists). Anyway one of the first rules is to declutter. Now for my sensibilties you have way too much "stuff" everywhere. I would need to get rid of half of it but you may not be bothered by it.

I would start with some in depth research of your own.

ETA You might want to add the words Feng shui to your title. Open floor plan says nothing and you may not get any responses.

I don't know anything about feng shui. But, your space is much too cluttered. Declutter. Your coffee table is too big. I'd remove it and just put a small end table next to the sofa for drinks. Do 6 people ever sit all at the counter at the same time? If not, remove as many chairs as you can leaving only those that get used.

The mirror in your entry way is too tall for the space. I'd get art or a mirror that you can center in the space from top to bottom.

I do not see clutter here. I see holiday decorations.

When I put up holiday decorations I remove most regular Knick knacks.
Maybe a floor plan would be helpful. But the first thing I see is chairs.

A few sentences about what you are seeking to get from feng shui would be helpful. Do you have access to local feng shui consultants?

First, move the plaid side chair, the sideboard and the jugs that seem to be blocking both front doors from opening all the way.

Next, the flow from the front door goes out the back and needs to be interrupted. Use the side chair or ottoman or both to block foot traffic from passing by in front of the TV from the front door.

Remove the clock, and I agree the entry mirror is too big for that spot.

I like it just the way you have it. I particularly like the piece of furniture in the entranceway that you painted a nice shade of blue. Looks great. The only thing I would do is remove the chair next to the entranceway, take out the holiday decorations and the centerpieces on the dining room table. Do you need so many barstools? If not I would take a few of them out.

Thank you . I put the chair to help define the entryway & for the flow of energy to get filtered so it will not spread too fast throughout the house. I have an ottoman in the leaving room & actually just moved the coffee table a little bit more in the middle to slow down the energy flow . I cant find any feng shui expert locally in my area . Any advice is appreciated .

Try this: Place the plaid side chair facing away from the door and next to the ottoman with its two front legs on the living room carpet.

Scootch the table out as you mentioned.

Place the pouf on the other side of the carpet opposite the side chair.
