Kitchen Relocation

We built our home a few years ago and I've been playing around with the idea of swapping the kitchen and the living room around - See new floor plan vs. current floor plan.
The reason for this would be to give us more option for seating in the living room but also our current space is very limited for storage and this move would also give us space to build a pantry.
My question is - what do you think the cost would be to move the utilities for the refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher? Would we need to think about reinforcing anything? I'm just looking for a rough estimate to see if it is even remotely within budget.
