I wouldn't bother with a frame. It's a TV. We all have them.

You tube gives you art, revolving! Pick a season, a style! no frame necessary! You need a bigger tv and really, no need to junk up the wall surrounding the tv: )

Along with a larger TV, something tall on the console is needed. Consider two vases where the contents can be changed seasonally.
