Source for 3"x6" soap dish?
Hello helpful Houzzers!
I would like to replace a broken soap dish in an old (1930) bathroom. This is one of those that takes the place of a 3"x6" subway tile. However, I have not been able to locate a replacement.
I have searched this forum (and the internet at large), but have come up empty. The "usual sources" for older tile (such as https://restorationtile.com/ and https://www.bwtile.com/) don't seem to have these accessories.
Any one have ideas for me? Thank you!

However, I really want to find something in 3x6. I don't like my chances of making an L-cut on the two tiles above it while atttached to the wall. Obviously, doing an L-cut while installing tiles is routine, but it seems hard to fathom cleanly cutting installed tiles? I will give this some more thought if I don't manage to find a 3x6 solution.
One thought I was having was to remove a run of three tiles, including the cupholder to the left. Then replace them with some decorative tiles? Here are some more pictures to give a little more context:
