Skip the ”feature” entirely. It has not been a thing for 10 years or so. Mixing stone and ceramic never looks good either. Just use Mapei Warm Gray for the beveled subway, and do the whole splash in it.

I think the subtile marble striations of the tile will clash with your marble countertops (if I'm understanding what your countertop choice is). I would choose a solid color tile and not have the pattern compete for attention with your countertops. I definitely would not do the accent arabesque above the range.
