It looks like a bad plan

Re post a scaled drawing in USA feet and inches, note the appliances , window dimensions, walls all of it. Below in a jpeg, in a comment box

The corner now looks like this. the dimensions are 3.74 feet on the left side of the window, the window is 5.15 feet, and the right side is 3.57 feet.

I always dislike banquette seating and in a corner even worse . IMO not a big enough space for what you are planning and the kitchen seems large so why this type of seating at all. If you are redoing the space there could be much better ways to have an eating space. We do need a to scale floor plan windows, doorways marked all measurements clearly marked in feet and inches . I suggest graph paper to make it easy you need to post here in jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post . Let us know if a major redo is the plan and how many seats you need in the kitchen

Please also tell us how many people will be needing seating here-1, 2, 4? It makes a difference on the size. I personally would use a small round table and chairs.

Will you please ??? Draw the entire kitchen with all walls and windows openings and lower cabinets at two feet depth . Use a scale of 1/2 inch to one foot.

All you need is graph paper, pencil and ruler

Do not add what you WANT to do on this drawing Draw it as it exists right now with no bench, no table nothing.. Just walls and cabinetry that are not moving, wide open space measured as well.

Agree we need a drawing, but also the space as shown is tiny, so presumably a chunk of the current cabinetry won't be there? Also, why a built-in counter rather than a table, as shown in all the photo inspirations? Or are you trying to do a peninsula with seating, in which case stools would serve you better?
