Tile v. LVP: can't decide

Taking out our broken tile after the house shifted. Maybe foundation issue, not sure yet. But planned on lvp next time to avoid broken tile again in the future. Not reading a lot of great reviews.
Where do you buy flooring I'd not from LL or Floor & Decor?

Flooret is direct to consumer with 2 grades of Modine lvp with thick 20 or 40mil wear layers at good prices. And Silvan engineered European Oak hardwood at 5.50/sf. Plus trim pieces.
