The white sample looks much better wirh your walls.

Hi out of these two options I prefer the way the white one looks. Not sure what material it is and how resilient, people usually run away from white because of stains. Are these the only two options available? Maybe something warm, a tone of beige would be best or even a brown I think would look nice with everything in this space.

Between the two the white looks better. The gray is kind of blah. Neither however look modern. They are both very traditional. A more streamlined look would appear more modern if that's what you're going for. If you do go with white get a performance fabric of course. And use a lint brush to keep the dust off. Also do you need that much seating in a couch? it seems a lot for people to navigate.

You also mentioned "moody cottage". Do you have any info pics for that?

I prefer the relaxed feel of the grey. More inviting to use rather than look at. You can easily change the wall color.
