As I shared in my email to you, Debra, this has been an extremely excruciatingly slow process to getting back to my ”feel good” spot!! In addition to continued fatigue I am still struggling with Covid fog or Covid brain!! I think going back to work probably too soon has contributed to this lethargy I am feeling. It will be all right. Thank you for asking and checking when you are still mourning your loss.

It's good to hear from you Kate, even though I'm sorry to hear how hard Covid has hit you. It sure can hang on for a long time. I just got over a long bout of it recently so I know how prolonged the health issues can be. I'm sorry your recovery is going so slow and I hope you will get over that hump in time to enjoy the holidays. Best wishes and better health in the New Year!

Kate - I will echo Celeste. Best wishes for restored health in the New Year! Luckily I did not suffer with Covid brain fog during or after my bout with it in September. That must be very hard to deal with, especially if you're back at work. The extreme fatigue was the worst of it for me. I do empathize with you for still having that. I hope every day brings you closer to your pre-Covid self.
